I opened a ticket already, but thought I'd create a post here too.
I tried installing the WWII grip on my GNX THQ Throttle Quadrant but the interference fit between the grip shafts and throttle quadrant were way to tight. I tried wiggling them in for a while but was afraid I was going to break it. When I tried to take the grip out the wires got snagged inside the housing and pulled out from inside the grip. I can fix it but I have no idea which wires go where.

Can anyone take a look inside their grip? Which color is at the top closest to the VCCA on the board and the middle and bottom?

I pulled the wires from the other side, from inside the grip.
