I had been using VKB T-rudder for about a year. it was great for helicopter flying.

But Today, the spring suddenly got broken and the rudder don't return to center anymore.

Maybe I got a faulty spring, Are there any possible ways to order new spring for T-rudder ? there isn't seem to be any places selling that specific spring, and I asked for help at VKB customer support but no response yet.

Please get in touch with your local vendor in order to get a replacement.

I didn't buy this in local store but from Korean overseas purchasing agent in internet.

Is it not possible to get A/S in that case ?
