Slight off-center stick?

I have a MCG ultimate with a twist axis on my UCM stronghold L and 200mm extension. I noticed that there is a slight lean to the right on the stick and was wondering if this is normal. I'm new to the whole professional HOTAS equipment so don't know what to expect sadly.
