MCG Ultimate Z axis twist stuck on

I have a problem were the Z-axis (twist) gets stuck on full right during gameplay. Happens quite often, usually one or twice per hour of play. Resetting the controller in the VKB config software fixes it.

I've tried reseating the stick with the base several times but the error persists. Using latest firmware (VKBsim Gunfighter MCG Ultimate Twist XT v2.090 MK2 for black blackbox) and have tried recalibrating multiple times.

There is no change to the lights on the black box when the error occurs. Also no change to the communication error level of stick or base.

Please help, this is driving me nuts!

Most probably uncalibrated. Follow the resetting to Default, then the calibration procedures, like here (from timestamp).

Thanks for the fast response.

I have reset the stick to the default settings and recalibrated, but the error is still occurring regularly.

Any other ideas? The joystick is only a few weeks old.

Please post a screenshot with Profile/Axes/Physical and Logical Axes. Same for your other thread, with the other device.

Okay, so I followed the instructions in this tread, moving the stick to the left in the external devices tab.

This hopefully has fixed the problem, as I haven't had the error for several hours of play now. Will update if anything changes.
