Throttle module not detected

Hello,

This may or may not be related to my earlier technical issue: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6402

My joystick and throttle module both stopped being detected in game, in windows, and on the VKBdev config software. I tried several USB ports and also another PC, the only sign of life being the blue LED.

I opened it up to take a look and couldn't see any issues that jumped out at me, so I unplugged the throttle module from the joystick (GNX EVO) -- then I was able to detect the joystick, and it worked correctly. But, whenever I plug in the throttle module both become undetectable.

I have also tried holding down F1 + F2 buttons while inserting the device, no change.
