Hi team,

I have had the NXT premium for roughly one year accruing 550 hours of use with the joystick in il2. I have been very happy with the product. However, this week it has become stiff requiring more deflection than usual to make the same movement in both axis. I noticed the difference immediately between maps while playing il2 online. Do you have any suggestions that I could try to return it to its former state?

As it is still under warranty - what is the process of returning the joystick for the team to remedy the problem?
