After not using it for a few months, I pulled out my Gladiator NXT only to have windows tell me that "Device Descriptor Request Failed". I've tested with multiple USB cables, ports, computers and operating systems (including Windows 11, Windows 10, and Linux, which says "Device not responding to setup address.")
I've already tried both the bootloader and configure tool application, neither see the joystick at any point. I've also done both the F1 F2 F3 and boot pin shorting methods to get into the bootloader, with no luck. (I've also repeated the above with the joystick wires unplugged from the base)
It appears as if the joystick itself is working fine - clicking the mini stick toggles the mode light on top, the right LED on the base is solid blue, and starts blinking if I press F1 F2 F3 while it is powered.

Re: Gladiator NXT "Device Descriptor Request Failed"
Happy to report that VKB sent me a new main and USB board, and that fixed the problem right up.
