Hi there, first
download the program and save it locally, then unzip it (right click, then Extract All), delete the archive and run VKBDevCfg as Admin (right click and Run as Administrator).
To be more clear - the program has only one file, the executable and does not need to get installed or run into the background for the joystick to work. It is used only for things like calibrating or programming various functions. Again, while gaming VKBDevCfg is not needed.

Thank you for the quick response, I guess my real question after the install, which did work. Is there is no function whatsoever. Just an empty blue screen on top of the program which shows nothing. Trying to config my VKB's to be seen in ED. Neither Vjoy nor Joy/Grem are able to see my sticks, buttons or hats. Would be great to be able to see them and dial in some stick curves.

Joysticks are supposed to show up in that blue box. If they don't show up it means something's wrong, maybe another program is blocking them. Try plugging them in the back of the computer (no hubs, no extenders), kill background running software like Logitech, Razer, Corsair, Aorus, any LED management software and try again.
