Getting the Gunfighter Mk III to "feel" like the NXT

I just transitioned from a NXT to a GFIII and am in the process of getting the cams/springs/dry clutch setup to my liking, and was wondering what I should be going for if I want it to feel relatively close to the NXT which I loved.
I'm guessing I want the dry clutch tightened up not all the way but close, and the lower strength springs? Currently it feels like I have points in the axis where it isn't smooth enough and is a bit jumpy. And should I be going for the space cams rather than avionics?
Eventually this will be with a 200mm extension, but while I wait for new mount plates it's without extensions atm. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
