IVE BOUGHT FROM YOU A THQ FOR MY GLADIATOR NXT KOSMOSIMA RIGHT HAND PREMIUM,ERM IT DOESNT WORK NO MATTER WHAT I DO,REDOWNLOADED CONFIGURATOR ECT, NOPE THAT DIDNT WORK,I HAVE WINDOWS 10 AND FSX,MSFS2020 HAVENT TRIED IT ON MSFS YET STILL TRYING TOO MAKE IT WORK ON FSX .TO BE HONEST IM A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WITH IT ,IWANT IT TOO WORK COS IT HAS TOO BE BETTER THAN THE LITTLE SLIDER,OH IGET A MESSAGE SAYING ,ERR-STAT ACTIVE,IN THE DEIVCE SECTION ,GLOBLE EX,#2(30THQ 2.17.24 AND THEM ANOTHER TIME ITS DISEAPERED....CAN YOU HELP PLEASE ....THANK YOU....

Need more info, is the THQ connected to the NXT or running independently? Is that a NXT or NXT EVO?

Could you take out the bottom plates and post a picture, so I could see the connections between the NXT and THQ?

There are several things that we have to check, so let's go step by step and start with the pictures.

Looks good; the only thing that I'd suggest to double check is the cables - is there enough slack for them between? Keep the joystick bottoms up and move the grip around underneath - if it doesn't pull at the cables everything is fine; if it does though, then move the position of the cable inside the cable guide so there will be more slack between the grip bottom and cable guide. Also, no need to grease the springs, but if it won't leak around then you could just leave it there as well.
The connections look good, so next thing is to close them up, plug them to USB, run VKBDevCfg and click the Default button under the Tools tab, followed by the Find&AutoConfig button under Global/External/ExternalDevices panel. After this you'll have to calibrate the joystick by clicking the Start Calibr button, then moving all axes through their whole range a few times: pitch, roll, twist, mini-throttle on the base, the 3 throttles on the THQ. It seems like you have the Premium version of the grip, so also press the center push button of the A1 ministick and, when the round red LED on the head turns on, move the ministick all around. When all's done press the End Calibr button and you should be good to go to bind the joystick in game.

JUST BY CHANCE I WAS READING FORUMS ON REDDIT AND CAME ACROSS VKB GLADIATOR NXT (EVO)ISSUE,IT SOUNDED LIKE THE PROBLEM IVE GOT SOO I CHANGE THE CONNECTION TOO THE OTHER SIDE AND IT WORKS STRAIGHT AWAY "YES",...ITS A LOT MORE PRECISE THAN THE LITTLE THROTTLE GREAT STUFF,THE ONLY LITTLE PROBLEM IVE GOT IS THE LIGHTS ON THE GLADIATOR ,RED N BLUE ARE FLASHING CAN YOU HELP ,....ALSO IT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A LONGER CABLE TOO FIT RIGHT WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TOO SEND ONE TOO ME PLEASE....

I suggest to read again my message and follow it exactly. You don't have to swap anything, just follow the steps. For example, your LEDs are flashing because you haven't calibrated it. If you'll skip steps the device won't be working properly.

If the joystick works in tester, but not in game, then you should revise your bindings. Unfortunately I can't help on that, as I've never played it. Maybe their forums would help on this issue.

JUST TOO SAY THE GLADIATOR BUTTONS , AXES WORK FINE ITS THE BUTTONS ON THE THQ THAT DONT WORK....DO YOU THINK THAT CONNECTING THQ MODULE DIRECTLY TOO THE COMPUTER USING GNX HID CONTROLLER WOULD MAKE THEM WORK.I KNOW ITS ONLY FOR TOO MANY AXES THAT YOU HAVE TOO HAVE ANOTHER CONNECTION BUTMAYBE.IM ONLY GUESSING?....THANK YOU....

It should definitely work. If you're not sure if it's a joystick issue or a game issue just run the tester from VKBDevCfg and try in there - if the buttons and axes don't work, then it's a joystick issue; but if they're working, then it must be an issue with the game and, as I said, maybe their forums would help with a proper solution.
