Hi, just received my Gladiator NXT Evo.

And its amazing.

Though, I'm not able to use my F3 Button. If I look at the test page, it appears there is one button constantly showing as pressed.

I've tried resetting to default. Is there anything else I can try?

How does it feel when you press the button, does it clicks, does it feel like it's blocked?
After resetting to default you also have to press the Find&Autoconfig button and calibrate like here.

So it seems its not a hardware issue. The button "clicks" when I press it and after performing all steps above, it is resolved.

It appears I spoke too soon and its stuck again.

I have tried:
Restarting my PC.
Redo-ing the steps above.
Swapped USB Ports.

Would flashing it help?

So it's still stuck after pressing the Default and Find&AutoConfig buttons? Or after doing some other changes to profile?

Its stuck, no matter what I do.

Steps I took:
Restart PC
Plug out device, wait for a few seconds, plug device in.
Set to Default, Find&AutoConfig, Start Calibrate (move controls), End Calibrate.

Change USB Ports, Default, Find&AutoConfig, Calibrate.

When I have time tonight, I'll open it up and re-seat all the cables again.

I am really hoping its just a software issue, because I managed to get it working at some point.

Don't use Windows' joystick utilities, use the tester implemented in VKBDevCfg.
Post a screenshot of Profile/Buttons/Physical Layer.

Thanks for the help. I'm not exactly sure what fixed it, but I rebooted my PC and it appears to be fixed. Could this maybe be a driver issue?

I still can't figure out what causes the button to get stuck.

I've been using it without a problem for the past week, then suddenly today after starting up my PC, the button it stuck in the on position.

As soon as I plugin the joystick, the logger reports the button as on.

Seems like a software issue, because no amount of pressing the button causes it to get unstuck.

Any other suggestions? Resetting it does not work.

Well, I found the issue; it appears to be a hardware issue.

I turned the joystick around (base up) and the button was released. I can replicate it too.

Does the F3 button feels different compared with the other 2?
