Gladiator EVO Omnithrottle LH + SEM: SEM cannot be recognized

I was having USB connection issues with EVO + SEM when I first purchased the combo and went through a some troubleshooting process documented in viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6439.
After tweaking with Windows setting it was ok for awhile but happened again today:
* Does not connect while Windows start up, but if I unplug and re-plug it it would work
* Sometimes it disconnects when idle.
I searched the forum and tried to flash EVO according to a thread viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6402#p53762 with the following instruction:
But the problem got worse, at step 4 EVO + SEM can no longer be detected by Windows anymore, but if I disconnect SEM by using EVO alone it can be detect by Windows.
But since I can still press B1+B2+B3 on the SEM and connect EVO + SEM to USB to complete SEM setup (A1 -> B2, A2 -> B2 then C1 to save the config) so it seems SEM is fine, but:
* Most of the time, EVO + SEM cannot be recognized by Windows
* Rarely Windows can pick it up but VKB Device Config only sees EVO, and I cannot see auto config button. After click Default EVO + SEM would just disconnect from Windows
I have tried the following:
* Tried different port, different computer.
* Press F1 + F2 + F3, plug in USB, then unplug USB
* Press F1 + F2, plug in USB, then unplug USB
* I am pretty sure physical connection is correct because it was working before (see viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6439 for previous troubleshooting attempts)
I am out of ideas to make SEM work with EVO so I disconnected SEM from EVO. After using only EVO I found it can be successully recognized by Windows and:
* It can be recognized by Windows upon restart
* There seems to be no disconnection.
So it seems that the EVO was fine and the whole disconnection issue was caused by connecting SEM to EVO from the start.
After standalone EVO is confirmed to be working again, I tried connecting SEM to EVO several times but:
* Cannot be recognized by Windows.
* If it is recognized by Windows, it only shows EVO (It used to show EVO + SEM), most of the time it will disconnect after a couple of seconds, or by doing a calibration
* Sometimes I can see Autoconfig button sometimes it is not there
* If the auto config button is there, and I press it, it will cause EVO + SEM to disconnect.
BTW I have searched the support forum and I can see a couple of people is having the same issue and was advised to open a support ticket (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6459). I am wondering how to do it since I have purchsed it from VKB australia since the instructions to open a support ticket requires having an order under an account in vkbcontroller.com (but my order was in vkb-sim.com.au
