New system not having enough axes

My new system just arrived today (Gladiator EVO KG-12, SEM, THQ, THQ-V, HID) I followed the set up instructions on the youtube page, and it all works, however, there aren't enough axes working. I have stick control, base throttle, and the three throttles on the THQ, and only one throttle on the THQ-V. Any advice, or help would be appreciated

We'll of course need more details about the way you set up them. Photos would help too.

My setup is arranged like this
THQ-V
MFH
THQ | SEM | Stick
The THQ-V and THQ are linked via USB-c cable, and the THQ, SEM and Stick are linked by internal connectors. The HID is in the SEM. I've tried running it both via the HID connection, and the stick connection. I'll add a photo to this when I get home from work

If you want to run them like that you'll have to remove the GNX HID controller from the SEM (you would need it only if you'd like to run the 3 modules without the Gladiator). Because you have 2 THQs you'll have to set one to Subaddress1 and the other on Subaddress2.
So you'll connect THQ-V to THQ with the USB-C cable, the THQ to SEM with the 4 to 4 pins cable and the SEM to Gladiator with the 4 to 3 pins cable.

Thank you so much for that. Would that give me enough axes though? I've counted, and there are 10 physical axes on the setup, and I saw on the site that if you have more than 8, you need the HID. I will test that though

There are 4 axes on the KG12 EVO, 3 on the THQ-V, 3 on the THQ and 0 on the SEM (by default, but you could enable 1 or 2).

I thought there were 4 on the EVO: X, Y, Twist, and Throttle?

So just to make sure I get it correct. I remove the HID, and the stick will effectively take its place, and manage all modules?

Yup, the joystick has a HID controller too.

Anyone interested, this is my setup
More problems: Can't configure or do anything

So, did the recommended stuff to my set up. Tried to reconfigure. Didn't work. Opened it all up, and removed all 4 and 3 pin connectors between the THQ, SEM and Stick. Unplugged the THQ-V from the THQ. Plugged stick in separately. Tried to reconfigure. Didn't work, as it just showed up as nJOY 32 and threw an error code. Followed the reset instructions. Shorted boot pins and plugged it in, then tried to flash it. Recognised as nJOY 32 and refused to flash, saying:
!!! Device signature not correct - flash fail !!!
Please check version of firmware file for this device
Firmware update is _Gladiator_NXT_v2_09_0.vkb
Closed zBootloader, and opened Devcfg. Stick is now showing up as zBoot Njoy32 v02.31 Lite
IDK what to do, and I really want to use this gear, as I've looked forward to having a HOTAS setup for years

You're trying to flash a Gladiator NXT firmware on your EVO and it won't work. There's no need to reflash your device at this point and pressing random buttons and connecting jumpers would do more damage than good.
Somehow you got into bootloader mode (why?), that's when your device shows the nJoy platform. Disconnect and reconnect to USB to restart your device and exit the bootloader mode. Press the Default button under Tools tab, then Find&AutoConfig under Global/External/ExternalDevices. Press Find$Show button just beside it afterwards and post a screenshot with both windows.

Thank you. I was following the info on YouTube, so that's probably where I went wrong
