Try to use a newer configurator, take it from here.
I advise you to reset to default after installation and reconfigure the devices.

And yet another issue. Did everything I was supposed to, all fine and dandy. Calibrate the stick, all good, all axes except the two on the THQ-V are working. End calibration, it changes recognised device to NXT EVO KG12. No SEM, neither THQ. The lights on the SEM, which were on, are now off. I'm completely stumped

When you're resetting to default and calibrating make sure your device is selected in the blue device list, at the top. In your screenshot above, for example, it is not.
Select the device, click the Default button, then select the device again, click the Find&AutoConfig button, then select it again and run the calibration.
If it doesn't improve please post a screenshot with the device selected and Global/External/ExternalDevices panel visible.

I'm back. Never got my stuff working, so gave up for a bit. Decided to come back to it, and try and get it running properly. Plugged device in. Lights came on. So far, so good. Went to VKBDevCfg-C.exe, hit default. Popped up a "Need to calibrate controller" warning. My setup showed up with all components. Yay! Hit Find & Auto Config. Made a noise that was good. Popped up the same warning about calibrating controller. Ok. Ran calibration. There was only 6 axes in the test screen. Hmmm. Every button was working, it was just all the throttle axes except one that weren't working.

In Global/External panel you'll see the names of the devices connected to the unit in the middle of the window. First check the #1 KG12 and take a screenshot. Then, select #2 THQ take another screenshot; same for #3 THQ and #4 SEM (SEM could be #2, but it doesn't matter). Post these 4 screenshots please.

In Profile/Axes/Logical axes panel check the 4 boxes for axes 6 and 7, as in the pic below. Scroll down and do the same for the axes 9 and 10.

In Global/External panel change the Axes numbers for the first THQ to 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 and for the second THQ to 1/8, 2/1, 2/2. Press Set button under the Action tab when done.

Could not find the boxes for axes 9 and 10, and when I tried to change the axes numbers to 9 and 10, I also could not do that. Could do everything else though. Did not set it, in case that breaks something

All boxes checked, all numbers changed, I only have 8 axes available in the test
