Hi
Within weeks of each other I have had both my Gladiator NXT Premium (right) sticks stop working. Same problem with both, nothing happens (no LEDs, no sounds from windows, no devices register in either VKB Device Config software or Z Boottloader). Have tried everything suggested in similar post on this forum:
1. Hold F1 + F2 on base when attaching USB cable = no result
2. Hold F1 + F2 + F3 on base when USB attaching cable = no result
3. Unscrew bottom plate on both bases and shorted pins as described (with Z bootloader open) = no result
4. Disconnect/re-attach two-pin connector cable from stick to base = no result
5. Disconnect/re-attach three-pin connector cable from stick to base = no result
6. Boot windows in SAFE mode doing all the above = no result
7. Tested with two different USB cables all of the above = no result
8. Tested on a second computer with all of the above = no result
Both sticks have been functioning fine without any errors up until not working at all which seems very strange. The only difference is that one stick shows white and red LEDs flash for a second when USB cable is attached, but then nothing as described above.
I also own couple of T-rudders that are working fine as well as a Gunfighter MK III that works fine (and hopefully will continue to do so). Seeing the other cases with exactly the same problems with regards to the Gladiator NXT, I suspect a hardware failure, but its impossible to diagnose. Very frustrating to have this happen to both sticks.
Pictures attached of boards/cables on both sticks:

Re: Two Gladiator NXT Premium failing within weeks of each other
I had this happen to me, a new PCB fixed the issue.
As a general bit of advice I suggest keeping the sticks plugged into a powered hub to ensure they have adequate power.
In my case nothing would revive the sticks, replacing the PCB was the only way, but now that I have done so both my sticks are working fine.
I can't be certain that it's just faulty PCBs that were sent out, but it appears that way.
It takes awhile to get the replacement parts but they were fairly prompt about it when asked.
Swapping the PCB is slightly skilled but not rocket science.
Good luck in any case.

Thnx man, hoping for a quick solution. And thnx for the heads up on a powered USB hub, will def get that for these and my Gunfighter MK.III, makes sense that these need a steady power supply.
