[Fixed] Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle - Y Axis reading only half course
Posted: Sun Mar 27, 2022 3:31
Hi, just received my dual Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle pack.
Installed everything following Videos.
The Right hand one is working fine.
The Left hand one has a problem: the Y Axis on throttle only read numbers from 32767 to 65535,
wrong original description -> so only the lower half get readings, once it reach half course, the upper part doesn't read anything.
edited with the right one -> at the closest position to me (lever down) the reading is 65535, and at the furthest position (lever up) it's at 32767, where it should read 0.
I did remove the spring on it so it acts like a real throttle. And I also tightened the dampers to get more friction.
I found another post from a guy that you helped here viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6402#p53762
So I downloaded that new firmware, and followed the guide. But it didn't fix it.
I didn't flash the Right hand one yet that's why the firmware shows different names, and since it's working fine "if it's not broken, don't try to fix it" is my rule #1.
I'd appreciate some quick help !
