Gladiator EVO disconnects during config

When I hit "Default", the device is removed from the blue box and I can't select or finish the config. If I disconnect it from the PC, it's like it then corrupts it, and when plugged back in, it's not recognised. Fixed it by holding down F1 and F2 together while plugged in, remove USB cable, insert USB cable while still holding F1 F2, then release. Seems to do a reset and it's able to be recognised again. BUT, I can't finish the config/calibration with this issue, because the device disappears before I can hit "Find & Auto Config". Device firmware v2.1, VKBDevCfg v0.92.17. Windows 11.

Hello I am wondering if you have found any solution since I have random disconnect for my EVO omnithrottle as well
