Weapon select thumb hat buttons lost until USB reconnect

My GF III keeps forgetting buttons 9-13 (4 way of thumb switch plus pressing it). When I reconnect USB they are back. All other buttons keep working.

Press the Default button under Tools tab and recalibrate.

Thanks! I ll try that. After rebooting PC it didnt happen so I ll keep an ey on it and I will try your solution if it happens again.
Could it been that I have tried to make my gate control ministick a 4-way-switch or even better a changeable function like the master modes long press? I followed a guide here (didnt get it by reading manual) but I reverted everything after it didnt work for me.

It could definitely be affected by some profile changes, that's why I recommended to be reset to default.
