DCS not recognizing my T-Rudder

hey guys, just got my T-rudder and did download those 3 files and performed steps as per instruction but when I get into DCS control settings, its not recognizing it. is there something that I missed?

Did you tried them in VKBDevCfg? Calibrate them?
