Gladiator jitter

I have followed the directions given to me in the following reddit posthttps://www.reddit.com/r/hotas/comm ... jittering/. Although this did not solve the problem there seemed to have been some improvement.

The issue in detail: My fairly new VKB gladiator has a issue with jittering. This issue effects the Y axis more then the X axis but it is on both. It is at its worse when the two axis are used at the same time. In other words when I push the joystick towards the corner. When calibrating I have noticed that the twist rudder moves the Y axis slight to the right. I only mention this because maybe that indicates a issue with the internals of the HOTAS. Any help is appreciated :D

The second image shows the stick being pulled back and then after that it is put near the top right corner of the HOTAS movement arch.

Use the older firmware, v2.08.5.

A small problem just happened. When I booted up my PC this morning the stick is suddenly violently jittering. The second image attached shows this. This only effects the Y axis. (there is still jitter on the X but not nearly as bad)

How come you use 2 versions of the native software? The one in the latest screenshot you posted is over 6 months old and definitely doesn't support the NXT modules. I suggest to delete the whole folder and reflash following this guide, step by step.

Oh, I had it installed in two different places. I reflashed it and it seems to be a good bit better. The X axis is a little better then the Y axis but both still jitter. The issue with the twist grip is still there. Here are the updated images (I tuned the X and Y precision to 8 )

unrelated: With the THQ throttle two of the axis are connected but have slightly different outputs when using them. Can I merge these into one axis?

How close is your computer to the WiFi router/modem?

about 4 inches, the wifi router is on my desk. edit: (I just moved it and it seems to have been fixed) Thank you so much I would have never thought of that. :)
