Issue: Twist (Rot Z) and Analog ministick (Rot X & Y) either 0% or 100%

I have a Gladiator NXT. I just updated to the latest firmware but am still having the issue.
My issue is with the twist and ministick not acting as axes, they are either all or nothing. I was wanting to use the twist axis of the joystick for the rudder in Rise of Flight.
I have attached screenshots of the Axes Profile.
Any and all help appreciated, thanks.

Thanks, just followed the instructions. Issue still persists. I posted new screenshots, post completion of the calibration. I noticed an Err-Stat Active under the picture of the joystick, don't know if that means anything.
Thanks again.

They look good, have you tried in a tester?

Yes, the Rot Z will go from 32767 to 0 when twisting left and 32767 to 65535 when twisting right, no middle ground all or nothing? Same with the mini stick still too.
Thanks for trying to help.

Please follow each step of the following:
1. Click the Default button under Tools tab;
2. Navigate to Global/Devices/External Devices and press the Find&AutoConfig button;
3. Go to Test/Axes1 tab and click on the Start Calibr button;
4. Move your pitch, roll and yaw axes all the way, slowly at the end;
5. Move the mini-throttle up and down;
6. Press the A1 ministick center button and when the LED turns red move the ministick all over;
7. Press the End Calibr button.

Is the issue that it is only showing 4 Axis instead of 8?

Everything looks well. Could you run the VKBDevCfg, go to Test/Axes1, put the joystick in front of your screen, show the issue while recording a movie? Post the Unlisted YT link afterwards please.

Yes please, follow the instructions on screen. Do not ever try to calibrate the device with anything else other than the native software.
