Trying to set up my x2 Premium Gladiators i just got today and im having a super hard time actually using them..I just get rekt in combat. Does anyone have any tips or videos that would helpout.

There's only right answer to that: git gud!
Takes some time and lots of practice to get there. If you're into SC fly in solo mode the Arena; for E:D get a Sidey and fly close to a station; experiment with decoupled/FA off. You'll get there!
