VKB-SIM

I just wanted to verify that the T-Link software for the T-rudder pedals ONLY works with VKB flight stick controllers and will not work with flight controllers from other companies. Correct

There are some other than VKB's joysticks working with T-Link, Thrustmaster for example. Others would work too.

I have a TM warthog throttle and a TM joystick handle with a Virpil joystick base. Any one know if T-Link works with any of these?

The Warthog joystick works with T-Rudders through TLink 100%. Most probably your setup will work too.
