VKB Gladiator NXT Device Config software not displaying anything under test ->Axes1

I've calibrated a few times, but under the Axes1 tab in the Test menu, nothing shows up. Any idea what's going on?
Also get an err stat active upon clicking the external devices tab.

Press Default button under Tools Tab, then Find&AutoConfig button under Global/External/External Devices.

Did not fix, same issue still occurring.

Tried other USB ports to no avail, same issue.
Test/Buttons/Axes 1 both show no options, completely blank.

Must be some software running in the background then. Kill anything resembling Logitech, Corsair, Aorus, Razer or any other LED programming software.

Discovered the issue. My monitor USB 3.0 hub was connected downstream by a 2.0 cable to my monitor. I removed the cable and plugged directly into my MOBO's 3.0 port and problem solved.
