I created a support ticket via the homepage, but didn't get any confirmation of receipt - that's why I'm trying again here.
I had just received a GUNFIGHTER MK.III Ultimate with a 200mm extension.
Unfortunately, the controller does not work correctly.
The connection between the extension and base doesn't seem to be stable. After some time of use, the black box starts flashing red and there is no connection to the grip anymore.
After loosening and attaching the lower connection again, it works again for a short time.
If I attach the grip directly to the base, I don't have this problem.
It looks like the extension won't fit properly.
Is something like this already known?

Re: 200 mm extension bad connection
Press gently on the grip when tightening the fastener, then do the same for the extension. If it still doesn't work post some pictures with the pins on the bottom of the grip and extension visible and in focus.
Re: 200 mm extension bad connection
Meanwhile I got a reply from the helpdesk team.
They told me the same, I tried it but the problem is still there.
If I mount the extension I have connection and the light on the blackbox is green - if I then move the stick back and forth a few times, it looses the connection and the black box lights up red.
It is also noticeable that the connection between extension and base is always a bit loose afterwards, even though I had tightened it tightly.
I have orderd the 100 mm extension and fitted it today.
Everthing works fine, so I think there is a problem with the 200 mm extension.

Re: 200 mm extension bad connection
Try another fastener/rusk on the extension.
Also, don't press too hard when installing the extension on the base and the grip on the extension. Those holes on the contact pads are a bit too much for a new device.

Re: 200 mm extension bad connection
I'd take a closer look at the white connector inside the extension and make sure all of the wires going into both sides are secure. Intermittent problem sounds like something loose.
