Hat Switch A1 not working properly on Gunfighter MK3 with Kosmosima Grip

I did open everything. I have an automatic tester so can't select the ohm there as 20kohm.
Btw, when touching nothing, I was getting 5kohm
on the sides (right, bottom) not working I had no changes.
On the sides working (top, left) I had changes in ohm so I believe right and bottom are busted.
I tried to change the switch with the Gladiator one but I did not remember that actually my Glad is LEFT and my Gunfighter is RIGHT so the HATs are not interchangeable.
So, what should I do now? open a ticket?

2 extreme pins were connected together when checking, as in the photo? If there were, then open a ticket from the seller.
