Throttle Quadrant Options

I have a Hotas X and looking for something nicer to upgrade for msfs. I can't have stuff mounted to the desk but I'd rather it not move around, which led me here. I was looking to get the Gladiator NXT and the GNX Dual THQ + SEM + FSM-GA Combo, but I want the throttle lever (left) from this VKB video at 1:32 as an option. I see lots of the modules on the site but not this throttle lever. Is it not out yet? Base on what I'm seeing from this company I feel like I can just get that lever later and swap it out?
Shipping's pretty high and I'd like buy all I need in one shot.

The German throttle is on its way to get released later this month hopefully, so with a bit of patience you could get them all in one parcel
