T-Rudder MKV not responding but registers in vkbdevcfg-c

Hey Support - I have a few issues with my VKB T-Rudders. They seem to be registering in the config program and I have tried Calibrating and there is no response when I push the pedals left and right.
I am using the blackbox and these are brand new out of the box (Though they were bought probably 3-6 months ago at this point)

I have swapped the Ethernet cord and it did not produce different results.

Ticket questions below:

1 - Device model and version
T-Rudder MKIV and Blackbox

2 - Controller Firmware version
v2.090 MK2

3 - Number and type of springs used
I'm not sure, the ones out of the box. I did set them to the the higher 'force setting'

4 - Тype of cams used
I'm not sure.

5 - If VKB original software is used, please always mention its version

Press the Default button and recalibrate.

This did fix it - But I swear I did this 3 separate times last night.
Don't know why it fixed it today but it is.
