I got two Gladiator NXT Premium sticks, one left and one right. Followed the video guides to put them together and calibrate and spent about an hour in a game setting up my controls. I turned off the game, and left to do dinner with the family, and when I came back the left stick's leds were off and it wasn't recognized by the computer. I've tried different usb ports, different cables, and 3 different computers both linux and windows. The leds never light up and the computers can't detect the device.

The right stick has been fantastic, I sent emails to vkb and have been using it and my throttle for a few days waiting. I haven't heard back and am getting worried that I'm stuck with a dead stick. Is there anything I can try to revive it?

No worries, you'll get it fixed under warranty. Which store did you get it from?

I bought it from the vkb website directly. is it normal for them to take over a week to get back to you?

I using my multimeter I did some very basic troubleshooting and the pcb with the usb port on it is outputting 3.3v and 5v to the pins that connect to the next pcb. My first thought was maybe a bad solder joint, but all of the ones I inspected look totally fine.

Actually I just realized the the vkb website created an account and I can use that to submit a support request for the order. I had just sent emails to vkb north america and their warranty email addresses. Hopefully the support request gains some traction

It will. But until then let's try this: unplug the joystick, press F1, F2 and F3 button and plug it back to USB, while still holding the buttons. After a few seconds release the buttons. Have the VKBDevCfg running on the screen while doing this, what shows up in the device list?

The only device in the list is the right stick, the left one doesn't show when doing this

Try again the same, but only F1 and F2.

still nothing with F1 and F2

Kill everything that runs in the background, especially Razer, Logitech, Aorus, Corsair etc related stuff and try again. Change ports. Try another computer if available.

I've tried multiple computers, both windows and linux in various states. I've tried multiple cables and ports. I just tried bridging the boot bins when plugging in like in the link you sent, but the stick never shows up in the VkbDevCfg

If boot with the 2 pins shortened you won't get the device name, you should get the boot platform. Try first with VKBDevCfg running and see if there's anything showing up in the device list. If it doesn't do it again, this time with the zBootloader running. If you're not sure post a screenshot.

I tried again both with and without shorting the boot pins, with both BKBDevCfg and zBootloader opened. Neither program reacted when plugging in the stick

I am having exact same issue, left stick was working ok for months then all of sudden went dead. No lights, not recognized by config software. I tried different USB cables, ports and another PC. I did not try zBootlander...where do I find it?

Here. Unplug the other joystick when using it.
