Gladiator NXT Y-Axis Drift

Postby ashraldigital » Thu Dec 09, 2021 16:20

Hi all,

Having a consistent issue with my right Gladiator NXT stick purchased last week. The Y-Axis im using for Pitch in Star Citizen begins drifting pretty much after any dogfight in that game. I searched theses forums and found the topic on checking the magnet, which I went through, to find that it was already glued in. So, presumably, this was one of the models where VKB added the "fix" to that issue, yet it still persists. I've updated to the latest firmware (2.09) and re-calibrating does temporarily fix the issue, but it will usually happen again after another dogfight.

I've attached a screenshot of the axes from the config in case that is helpful!

Just in case, do not be lazy and drip a couple of drops of glue around the circumference, without taking out the magnet. The impression can be deceiving.
After that, write down the current figures in the Bias column, and then compare them a couple of days after pasting. After calibration.
