NXT + SEM + THQ. Only THQ doesn't work?

1 - Gladiator NXT Premium R, GNX-SEM, GNX-THQ
2 - controller version 2.08.0
3 - Number and type of springs used
4 - Тype of cams used
5 - If VKB original software is used, please always mention its version All programs are newest version downloaded from official website today. Njoy32 seems bit outdated but I can't update it with bootloader?

Hello. I've been using NXT Premium R for a while and I just bought side extension module with one throttle quadrant. I assembled the whole thing with help of official youtube video guide.
Problem is, SEM is fine but THQ does not work at all.
Tried Joytest and Btntest and all other buttons and axes work alright, but none for THQ.
List of all connected modules in devconfig doesn't show THQ at all and my pc only shows VKB-Sim Gladiator NXT R SEM in device list after calibration. Also there is no autoconfig button in devconfig program?

How are they connected? Are they side by side? In this case, module1 should be connected to module2 with a 4-to-4 pin JST cable and module2 to NXT with a 3-to-4 JST cable (3pin connector into the NXT). Or is the module1 on top of module2, installed on a MFH? In this case, the module1 should get connected to module2 with a Type-C to Type-C cable and module2 to NXT with a 3-to-4 pin JST cable.
If they're installed in any of the above ways you'll have to flash the NXT to the latest firmware using the latest software. If you have issues flashing or using the native software it means there's something blocking it - kill all background running software (especially stuff like Razer, Aorus, Corsair, Logitech etc), run all VKB programs as Admin, change USB ports, don't use USB extenders when flashing.
After successfully flashing your unit you'll have to reset to Default, press the Find&Autoconfig button and calibrate the axes on the Gladiator NXT, THQ and eventually SEM (if you enabled any or both analog axes).

It's connected side by side with SEM directly connected to NXT and THQ to SEM. Downloaded new firmware files here from https://vkbcontrollers.com/?page_id=4609 and still getting flash fails. Bootloader sometimes load boot njoy32 and sometimes SEM, both of them returns flash fail regardless of firmware files. And when I open devconfig after flash fail it shows boot njoy platform lite with CPUID error instead of SEM config panel.

wow what are you trying to flash over there? you need to flash the file with Gladiator_NXT in its label. After flashing press the Default button under Tools tab, then the Find&AutoConfig button under Global/External/ExternalDevices tab and calibrate the whole thing afterwards.
