As seen in the screenshot I made a big whoops and upgraded the firmware to the flight sticks to both with the right-handed firmware included in the download package called "_Gladiator_NXT_v2_08_8.vkb" on the primary website but I do not see a version of the vkb file with an appended L in it for the left-handed flight stick. Could I get a download of that or the original firmware that came with the flight sticks from factory? In its current state the left-handed flight stick does not recognize the any of buttons and yaw.

I figured it out. I found a totally different post from another user that had an issue with their devices not being recognized after a firmware update. I unplugged the USB, pressed and held F1 and F2 buttons, plugged back in the USB, then released the buttons upon hearing the USB chime sound in Windows.
