Gladiator NXT Suddenly Not Recognized

Also just to add here few times it gets recognized as vkb sim gladiator nxt but shows driver error and doesn't work. For now only way to sort out everytime is to reconnect few times f1 f2 and f3 keys pressed in with config tool running.

If the device runs fine by itself and starts acting up only when other peripherals are added to the system it's probably a power issue. I suggest to test it more and if you're convinced the joystick is at fault to fill up a service ticket.

Currently there is no other USB device added stick is directly connected to USB port on system. Even now if any time I disconnect USB cable from stick and put it back, it goes back to unrecognized state and have to boot with F1 f2 F3 keys with config tool. Also as mentioned it happens randomly as well during using it. Not sure what is the issue or what other tests can be done to find exact issue.

Just an update. Tried again to make it recognized but no luck instead now pluging in with F1 F2 F3 key gets no light on stick. And with F1 and F2 get only stick joystick light come up and nothing gets detected in vkbconfig or system.
Still waiting for response on service ticket.

I'm in the same boat, my stick just stopped working today 1/27/2022 . I am unable to connect my Gladiator NXT stick, it was working fine until today with no new changes made to my PC system. I have /tried a different USB cord, tried all USB ports, performed a hard reset holding the F1/F2 and the F1/F2/F3 combos then connecting USB with no success. I also tried the shorting the boot pins for a hard reset. Neither the VKB device config.exe or the Zbootloader.exe recognizes the USB connection or sees the joystick like it used to. When I unplug and plug in the usb cable to the stick, I get a short red and white LED indicator light and then it goes dark/black. I do not get a constant blue LED light showing connection like I used to. Tried it in another PC with no luck. At a loss, I did just contact customer support through the VKB website.

I have support ticket opened and have been testing it with team. Seems like issue with board connected to USB cable.

I have exactly the same problem. I got 2 NXT's less than a month ago. They were working great so I ordered some mounts. In order to put them on the mounts I had to unplug the USB and replug it again. Now they do not work for a while one was working but now both are gone. I have raised a ticket already. Did everyone manage to get theirs fixed?

1. Delete all VKB related file and folders and download and unzip this package into its dedicated folder;
2. Unplug both Gladiators, press and hold F1 and F2 buttons on one of them and plug it to USB; release the buttons after a few seconds;
3. Run zBootloader2 as admin;
4. Load and flash the file _Gladiator_NXT_v2_08_5.vkb;
5. Reset to Default;
6. Press the Find&AutoConfig button;
7. Recalibrate.
Do the same for the other one.

Good thing to show the programs running; please turn off Dragon Center, DS4, LED Keeper, Light Keeper, everything MSI including Mystic light, Thunder Master and try again.
You could also should eliminate any USB hubs and plug directly to computer.
