Gladiator NXT Stuck Button

Hello, I purchased a second Gladiator NXT for my left hand and button 5 (pinky button) is stuck on. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I have restarted the computer and the joystick. Loaded the default configuration on it and recalibrated. It is currently using firmware 2.0.10. My Gladiator NXT right hand is working fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions on next steps to try and fix the issue?

Does it seems like a mechanical issue? Does the button clicks when pressed?
Anyway, try to flash it to the latest firmware and don’t forget to press the default button just before calibration.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it is mechanically clicking. If feels as responsive and the same as the right handed button 5. I will try to flash it and see if it helps. Thanks again.

Flashing to 2.085 did not help, button 5 is still stuck on. Thank you.

Edit:. If it comes down to a hardware issue, what are my options? I don't think I could solder, but I could swap out boards if that is the issue. These joysticks are wonderfully designed, I'm realizing as i add the USB Controller to the Throttle Quadrant today.

It doesn't seem software related, so I would say get your best screwdriver and be ready to check the insides

I can take it apart. Any suggestions or resources on what to look for? Check connections, loose cables, buttons are free and loose... Thanks again.
