GNX THQ - Blinking Purple Light No Detection

Hi all,

I have obtained a THQ (horizontal version), and I plan to use it via the USB cable as a single unit with a gladiator stick (old one) and T-pedals. The stick is connected directly to the PC via USB and the pedals to the blackbox and then the computer via USB. I have installed the HID card on the THQ unit and proceeded to open DevCFG. I then press and hold C1 and C2 on the unit and connect the USB (as instructed by the video). However, it is not being detected at all. I have a purple blinking light and I can't find any information on how to troubleshoot the device. Anyone have any suggestions. The stick and pedals are updated to the latest firmware and work perfectly. Also, are there firmware updates for these quadrants? Thanks again!

I had an outdated DevCFG apparently. I have been able to detect and calibrate it now. Thank you!
