FSM GA and SEM lights not working - ALT and B3

Postby biggles1994 » Thu Nov 18, 2021 21:54

Hello, I currently have a setup consisting of a FSM GA -> Connected to SEM with USB C to C cable -> With the SEM connected to the Standard Gladiator NXT premium with the internal cable.

I have updated the firmware on all devices and reset them to default, however the ALT light on the FSM GA and the B3 light on the SEM both do not light up.

The buttons themselves work and are detected, just the LED does not come on at all, even when pressed. All other LED's on all three modules are coming on and working as expected.

Any idea what might cause this? I am using Windows 10 Pro 21H1, the device is plugged directly into the Motherboard USB 3.0 socket, and using VKB device Config 0.92.15 and firmware GNX 2.08.0.3
If I have missed any key information please let me know.

Later today or tomorrow we'll have a new firmware out, reflash and try again.

Hi, I have just loaded the new _Gladiator_NXT_v2_08_8.vkb firmware and the lights are still off unfortunately.

Try pressing reset to Default button, then the Find&Autoconfig.

D'oh! I knew I'd forgotten something :)

Confirmed all the lights are now working correctly. Thank you!
