[GNX] SEM and THQ

Hi everyone :-)

Today, I got the SEM and the THQ. I´m a little confused :-D . (There is no Video on your YT Channel for my "problem")

I want use the SEM on the right Side of GNX and the THQ on the left side of the GNX. And I want use all three Devices as one Device.

Which cable I should use? (3 or 4 Pin cable)
Which Pin Ports at the GNX I should use? (left and right)
If I count right, I will have 8 axis (GNX X,Y, Z, Slider; THQ 3x and SEM 1x (Flaps)) Is this correct? Or is the Landing Gear also a axis per default? If yes, I think I need the GNX USB Controller. (I already have one) In which Device I should install it? And which cable I need then?

Or should I set the Gear Axis as Button? If yes, how? (I´m sorry, Your VKB Device Config Software makes me a little overload :-D)

Last question for today...
I use the GNX templates from Frank Lesniak on Github (https://github.com/franklesniak/HOTAS-H ... late_Files).
Is this possible to get the original VKB templates for SEM and THQ?

Thanks for your help!

Best regards
Sven

Hi Sven, just remove the side plates from the Gladiator NXT and install the modules on its sides. Don't forget to secure the couplers on both sides. There are two 3pins sockets inside the Gladiator NXT, that's where you'll connect the 3pin end of the internal JST cable. The other end, with 4 pins, will get plugged into the modules. Be careful how you pull the wires between modules so they won't get damaged.
The axes on the SEM are buttons by default, you'll just have to set up the number of buttons if you don't need the axes.

Hello fallout9 :)

Thank you for your help, now all working together.

But a another question. You´re right, the Flaps are Buttons per default. Now I want set this as axis. Is this possible? If yes, how? Seems, I should lear How to use your Software... :-D
