GNX THQ spec?

Was looking to upgrade my Logitech quadrant with these but I was wondering what the actual sensor spec is. I'm not seeing it in the description. If they're contactless like with the Gunfighter, I'm all over it. Please don't tell me they have pots in them! Thanks.
High quality Japanese components, they won't start jittering in a year.
