I redo the test again, this time not full screen on ultrawide. The number on the lower should be clearer.
At 0% position the graph is registered at 100% in the tester.

Saw that the fw 2.085 has been released. Use VKB Device config 0.92.17. Did the fw installed on both NXT and SEM+THQ. Did Default, Find & auto config, calibration. Still the same. Do you think it is hw or sw issue?

Try with fw 2.08.8
Default, Find and Auto Config, Calibrate then restart. X and Y still behave the same as previous firmware.

You need to provide a screenshot from JoyTester with the knobs set to 30%, 50%, 80%. When they are at 0 or 100% it does not show anything, it is not very informative.

And where is the 3rd axis, why only two? In doing so, show the Profi-Axes tab after calibration.

You can try to slightly change the calibration procedure for 3 axes.
First, activate the ACn checkboxes in physical for these axes, write to the controller (Set).
And now, before calibration, you need to set the axles (levers) to the center position.
And only after that start the calibration.

Done as you instruct. Still the same result. X and Y still at different level even physically link.

I do not quite understand what do you mean by profile, my address or my THQ and SEM setup? And where is the 'archive' I can put them in.

You need to save the profile with the calibrated axes using the Save button in the configurator and then zip it and attach it in a message - is it clear now?

The profiles are attached. They are both with and without AutoCentering.

I'm seeing exactly the same thing as you. I have two THQ's together, with a SEM-V on the MFH; USB-HID in one of the THQ's. Initially I had the dual throttle spanning the two THQ modules, and at center they were way off. I experimented, and eventually found that two of the axis on one of the THQ's were close enough together that I could live with it. I spent an hour making sure that they were mechanically linked evenly; both axis hit the stops in both directions at the same time. No matter how much I calibrated it, same issue, the axis at center were off by a lot. As they approached either end of the travel they came back together. I am certain this is a mechanical problem with the THQ design, and needs a manual trimmer to center the axis.

On my SEM unit I have a similar problem; I'm using the flaps lever as an axis, with the 3 position detent. Center is way off again, about 15% away from center when in the center detent. Ends are fine, but the center is off. Just like the throttle's, the ends seem fine, but the center is off. Regardless of loading defaults, running through calibration, they are off just a little at center. A mechanical trimmer on the inside, something I could adjust, to sync up the center on each axis would be great.
