didn't work, same as usual, in factory config, ministicks work, when I swap one of them for a HAT, they stop to work.

I seem to be having the same problem. I switched out the top ministick for the "clicky" POV switch, for the love, I can't get the axis to work when the mode is switched.
The mode switches successfully, but the axes just don't work.

for me lastest firmware didn't work too, look like an hardware issue.

This is very strange indeed. It's not hardware, because the ministicks still works in a different combination and it's also not software, because I have a MCGU right in front of me running properly on the latest software/firmware.

When replacing the top mini-stick with a push-button module, you will no longer need uSSw on the central button - we do not have the 3rd and 4th axes. The ministik remained only on the 5th and 6th axes, but by default there is no uSSw switch on it, it needs to be configured. And in POVs also register that the axes/HAT work.
In such cases, I suggest attaching your profile (in zip) to clarify the location of the problem.

Sorry for delay, I wasn't at home.

So I join all profile pics in zip for the following config

hat in MASTER MODE, and ministick in GATE CONT (I just swap from factory setting with two ministick, all works fine).

Hat in master mode : center is 8 + 28-29-30-31 works.
ministick in gate cont : center is 32 and no axes work even default setting or re-calibrate.

Your axes are not calibrated. And that's all.
It was not the screenshots that needed to be packed into the archive, but your profile, which was saved after calibration with the Save button.

However, when I try to calibrate axes nothing happen for the ministick in GATE CONT, even if I program center in uSSw tempo.

Hello to all,

Problem has been solved, but it was an hardware issue, a ticket has been made, and product returned.

I received today my new grip,
now uHAT and uMSTICK work fine when installed.
