Hello folks,
today I got the NXT SEM XT module, there is an mode switch with 4 positions (Mode 1-4). Now I want to create a profile, to adjust four different functions on each buttons, at the moment it is not clear, how to configure this. Please can someone explain me, how to configure this in VKB Device config?

The default programming is more than enough to have the device ready for binding in any game. For changing settings you'll first have to know what exactly you're after and if your plan could get implemented in game (for example some games will need analog axes for some controls and digital buttons for others).
To have an idea what you could get from programming your device you could consult the manual. There are also tutorials for software on our YT page.
If you need help with it please be specific about the issue.

Thank you for your reply, I think this is not an issue, it is an understanding problem of me In DCS module Mi-24 I added the four mode buttons as modifiers. Than I assign some buttons of the SEM module incl. modifiers. I test it in the game - looks not bad. But when I switch to another mode on SEM module, suddenly no stick works. When I remove the modifiers from DCS, all works fine.
I do not understand, how to configure DCS or the SEM module to use the four modes.

Those 4 buttons on the Selector are regular press and hold buttons, not sure why your bindings would not work because of it. Try other buttons as modifiers and see what you get.

I also explained there the reason why DCS modifiers are not a working well with default config on MODE switch
