Comunication erro lever window fails bacause a wrong set-up

Hello,

I am getting fails in the Communication error lever window Gunfighter Mk.III Base (no grip). It is due to some wrong configuration that I have done in the shofware, since when I load the default configuration those errors disappear.
I am attaching some screenshots in case you can locate the error that I did not locate. You will see that it is a configuration with the minimum of buttons, that is because I use external shoftwares to unify the different devices that I have. I know that VKB shoftware is very powerful, but right now I don't have time to study it.

The software and the fireware are up to date. Sorry for my english.

The green blocks have no relation with any software changes. Also, this is not a proper way to use the communication error level feature - put the grip back on the base: if there are really high blocks, especially red and yellow then there's an issue.

No, there are no high levels in any case. Those shown in the attached image are the highest even with the base and grip attached . So are they not showing any errors?
It is strange because with the default configuration the green bars disappear

Bear with me, please. I am trying to solve a problem, for me it is also uncomfortable. Sorry if i'm clumsy.
It is not clear to me if the green bars in the Base Communication Error window of the Base are a problem or should not be a concern. No bar appears in the grip.

There is no reason to worry about green communication errors (up to 50%).
Now, if they begin to exceed this limit, then only then will it be necessary to pay attention and find out why this began to happen. This is usually due to contamination of the contact pads, which is removed with alcohol or a non-aggressive analogue. This is about the contacts of the grip.

Hello,
I have the same problem again, but this time I have located the problem; is the metal folding.
I have it configured with four virtual buttons. At the top position, it has a virtual button assigned (1). At the down position it has another virtual button (2), and then, as I press it I get the two other virtual buttons (3,4). When the error appears, the last three virtual buttons are pressed continually at the same time and It doesn't matter how I physically move the metal folding. The only way to cancel this triple press is by disconnecting the USB from the device.
I have attaching a descriptive image because I'm not sure I have explained myself correctly in English.
