Gunfighter Mk.II MCG RU flip up trigger behaves oddly

MCG Pro has a full 4 way HAT on the left, under the thumb. MCG has just one button there.

I flashed it with Rudder firmware and then with correct firmware (MCG, non PRO). Calibrated and the same problem.

I opened the grip. Here are pictures. I don't see anything, do you?
Do I need further disassemble trigger because I'm unsure how?.

No need, the magnet is clean, which is what I needed to check. Do an axis check on this video. What happened?

Here are screenshots after calibration.

In the Axis test Axis Z and Slider2 change values when pressing trigger. But the values jump instantly to the end when I press trigger very gently (EDIT: To be more precise, the values change when I hear a click from trigger, not before). There is no smooth transit. It is like on / off.

In JoyTester, this is how it should be when you smoothly click on itself and at the end when dropped. Show your curves.
