connection issue gunfighter MKIII with MCG ultimate

MY MCG stick had connection issue since I received it, the stick constantly disconnect from the PC. however, when I disconnect the wire of gunfighter base from the black box, the black box reconnects. Right now the stick is not functioning at all, is it the hardware problem???

Hard to say on so scarce info. Is the whole device disconnecting (no lights on the Black Box) or only the grip (some lights flashing on the BB, which one?). Does it happen during gaming/moving the joystick or can't even get there?
