Hello, I just bought and calibrated a Gladiator NXT Premium.
I followed the calibration guide and video several times, and the buttons flash as expected, but every time i check the Y axis, it does not go all the way down, but it stops at about 70% (see screeenshot).
Any way to solve this?

Could be that the magnet on Y sensor got dislodged/unglued. Would worth to open it up and check it, and if that's the case, reglue it.
Please let me know if you need further assistance on this.

Hi, I followed the guide here viewtopic.php?f=25&t=5508#p48532 and indeed the magnet came out as soon as I placed another magnet on it (see figure attached).
I added some new glue (cyanoacrilate based) and reaseembled it, then re-calibrated but now the issue seems much worse (see figure) and affecting both negative and positive movement. Does the magnet need to be oriented in a specific way?

Show the Profile-Axes tab after calibration. Reset to default before it.

here it is (btw I updated/downgraded the firmware too while I was waiting for a reply, so now I have a 2.071. Changing the firmware had no effect whatsoever. )

No axis has been calibrated. Do not open the Test tab, we will calibrate from this one.
Press Tools, select all axes in the window, move each axis along the full range, press End.
We show the screenshot.

Yes, it was not calibrated because you asked me to reset to default. Here it is after the calibration I performed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-uFAVYoQTw at the end one can see that the Y axis basically dos not work properly.
I also attached the result after the calibration.

Once again, there is no need to change or configure anything. Just reset to default with the button in the configurator and then calibrate according to the above method.

Sorry but that's what I did the first 10 times I calibrated it. I just checked the two unchecked boxes in the last attempt (the one filmed) since you wrote to "select all axes in the window". The results were the same.

In the Settings tab, activate the Partial Calibrations checkbox and from the pop-up window select only the 2nd axis you need for calibration.
When moving the handle, hold it a little in the extreme positions.

The sensor cable may have been loose or damaged during magnet handling. Please check it out.

Did a partial calibration --> Same result https://youtu.be/xtV61eY8jsI
Checked cable and sensor (https://photos.app.goo.gl/CW4yoNUqN272rkrD9) , no evident damage, behaviour still the same after reassembling and recalibrated. Maybe the sensor is defective and worked better when the magnet was rotated in the previous position?

Change the conductors in the connector according to the picture.
It should be - green, white, red, black. Only on the connector on the controller side, do not change on the sensor.

Omg it worked! I was somewhat able to swap them without destroying the connector and after a calibration now works! (see attachments :D :D )
