Hi
I recently bought one of your products.
"Hi Ste^&%&*,

We have finished processing your order.

[Order #19876] (September 10, 2021)
Product Quantity Price
VKB-Sim T-Rudder Pedals Mk.IV"

Steps : I unboxed and attach the pedals as shown in the manual. To step 5 says quote " run the calibration only if attach with JoyStick" ,so i presume that i must not run the calibrate tool or the firmware since i only have the pedals from VKB. I do have Thrustmaster Hotas. If i do need to calibrate them please tell me which program i must use from your software page?

Issue : when i jump into cockpit (DCS WORLD ) in any module, the Stick from the plane goes all the way left upper side (check screenshot) . Red arrow is the Stick position when i start DCS with pedals on. Normal the stick should be on the Blue arrow position (neutral). I tried starting the game without the pedals on,i attach them after i jumped into cockpit (dcs game) and the stick stays in the neutral zone, which is ok. So every time i start DCS with the pedals connected i do have this issue.

I checked all the bindings from Dcs keys page and the only thing that i use is the rudder pedals and i shown as Joy_rx. I cleared the VKB category from all buttons page ,it used to show release weapons button on VKB pedals.

Thank you.

You have to run a calibration before using it though. So do this:
- download the native software and run it as Admin;
- click on the name of your device in the blue device box at the top of the window;
- click on the Test tab, then on the Axes tab;
- click on the Tools tab, then on the large Start Calibr button;
- press both sides of your rudders a few times, slowly, letting them rest in the middle and at the ends;
- when done click the large End Calibr button and you're good to go.
