Gladiator NXT Premium Rt - No Axes Detected

New Gladiator NXT Premium (Rt hand) received and flashed with FW 2.071 using VKBDevCfg v0.92.06 and ZBootloader v1.90.
Original springs used.

Performed calibration as shown in the video (confirmed flashing blue light at beginning and top center white light when completed), however, no movement on any axis (X/Y/Twist/mini throttle) is detected either in game or in VXB Device Config (Tools-> Test -> Axes1 shows no movement, including the thumb hat). Pressing the thumb hat button toggles the red light, and all other buttons on both the joystick and base are detected correctly in the Buttons/POV screen.
