I plugged in only the Blackbox this time, no gunfighter involved.

I looked.
1. Try after flashing, just reconnect the USB cable to BB. It is desirable that the GF base is connected. By the way, which port is BB connected to (USB2,3, HUB)?
2. You can try to flash the BB with a different firmware, for example, from the T-Rudder pedals. Temporarily, to appear in the configurator, and then flash the desired one.
3. Start the firmware process from the configurator with the Bootloader button, so it will be more correct.
4. You can try later firmware and configurator from here by creating a different folder for this version.
5. Unplug the MCGU, leave only the base plugged in. Connect the grip after the device appears in the configurator.

Appreciate the support but its still the same issue, after the flash it disconnects and when i open VKBDeviceConfig it doesnt reconnect, i always have to do the "SYS" button hold and cable out-in..

And im using USB 2.0 from the back of the computer, but ive tested every port already, same result.

After the firmware, there should be 2 Windows sounds - disconnecting and connecting a new device. Until there is a second one, nothing will change in the configurator - it will be empty there. Please wait longer. One more tip - in the flasher before flashing, uncheck the Auto checkbox and take a screenshot after flashing.
Have you tried other tips - with the grip disabled, pedal firmware?

I feel like ive tried all possible variations, grip mounted/unmounted, Gunfighter base + BB, only BB, every USB port, a bunch of different firmware, different versions of VKBDeviceConfig and bootloader, everything leads back to the device not connecting again in VBKDeviceConfig..
Ive also tried on 2 other separate laptops with the same result.

This is how the window should look after the firmware. You don't have that. I advise you to try flashing on another machine, laptop.

Are there any other devices connected to USB? Whether software is running, such as Gigabyte Aorus, Razer mice, Logitech - should be closed.

I get "press reset for restart controller..." if i choose "_BlackBox_GF_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_05_5.vkb" the one for the old version of the Blackbox. but its still the same when i start DeviceConfig.

Ive closed all such things, cant find any Gigabyte Aorus but ive tried to close down ASUS Aura Sync. turned off all my RGB on my computer.
And the only USB connected when i try is a Logitech G5 mouse(i use a Razer mouse normally) and the VKB blackbox.

Unplug the base and try to flash any BB MK2 firmware not required for MCGU. Try out the last ones, I gave a link to them earlier.

IT WORKED!!!!

i downloaded "_BlackBox_MK2_GF_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_07_1" and flashed that instead of v2_05 ive used earlier, and now its working.
