Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
I have just received my gunfighter mk3 ultimate edition and i watched the video vkb has on their yt channel which says to firmware flash the joystick so i did, after the flash it turned off, think i saw Error 0 just before the bootloader closed and the sound windows make when USB is ejected rang.
I am able to connect it again holding the "SYS" button on the blackbox and then connecting the usb but it just repeats the process i wrote earlier..
is there anything i can do? //Jerry

Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Brand new device comes with the latest firmware so flashing it is not required at all.
What exactly is the issue here though? "Errors 0" means 0 errors during flashing procedure, so what exactly it is that's not working? Is the device recognized in the VKBDevCfg?

Yea i realized that later, had a brainfart and thought i was suppose to do that..
Alright, in VKBDevCfg it is recognized as "VKB Boot Njoy32 platform v00.56", nothing else.

You're good. Just click on that device in VKBDevCfg, then on the Restart button under Action tab.
After it restarts the device name should be properly displayed in the device list. From there just follow the guide posted - restart to default and recalibrate.

Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Its not showing up after that, i have to manually press the SYS button on the BB and reinsert the cable in order for windows to recognize the USB and give me the *sound*. Everything feels like a deadend.

Plug the BB directly to the computer USB port. Kill background running software like Aorus, Corsair, Logitech, Razer etc and give it another try.
Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Still nothing, exactly the same, only thing im not sure about is the "Aorus", ive got a bunch of RGB working inside my computer, watercooling,motherboard,infinity glass, not sure how to turn those off though.

Software controlling LEDs for example is known for suppressing VKB software. Just turn off all that kind of software until you'll get the joystick sorted out. You could also use a different computer/laptop, if available and cleaner than the current computer.
After fixing that run zBootloader file when the Black Box is disconnected from computer (it should display a red round indicator). Press the Sys button on the Black Box and connect it to the computer. Hold the button pressed until the computer chimes and the red indicator becomes green. Then press the ... button on the zBootloader window, navigate to and load the file you mentioned above. Let if finish so the window would close, then run VKBDevCfg. Your device should be display correctly.

Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Tried all of that, even on another computer but its like its something strange with the Blackbox itself or something, the only light i ever get from the BB is blue when i try to Flash it.
The first time i connected it and opened up VKBDevCfg-C it recognized it as Gunfighter bla bla.. but after i made that stupid decision to flash it again its "broken"..

Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Let's start from beginning, try to do exactly as following:
- kill whatever unnecessary software running in the background;
- disconnect the Black Box from USB;
- disconnect base from Black Box;
- run zBootloader as Admin (red light is on);
- plug back the Black Box (BB only) to computer USB (not hub), while holding pressed the Sys button;
- when the red light becomes green on the zBootloader click the ... button, navigate to your fm folder, chose the _BlackBox_MK2_GF_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_05_5.vkb file, click on the Flash It! button;
- when the flashing finishes the window is closing automatically. Run VKBDevCfg and check the devices list.

Re: Gunfighter Mk.3 Ultimate not able to connect...
Yup, i did exactly all of that, but when VKBDevCfg opens up after the flash theres nothing on the list, as soon as bootloader closes the windows sound for ejecting USB plays and it doesnt reconnect, until i manually do the SYS + cable.
And if i then try and open up VKBDevCfg after ive replugged the BB it disappears when i press "Restart" on the Action page..
Feels like ive somehow managed to find the one little flaw in the system and jammed my VKB right in there and F*cked it all, excuse my language..
