Left Mouse button bound to a HAT button

I can see how to do this - similar to how to bind a keyboard key.
The problem is I cannot find anything about in the manual are the settings needed in the Global / Mouse area. They all seem to be about mouse movement emulation - not what I need to do.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Watch it video. It uses the left button on the A4 HAT.
